HostPulse Fusion is a dual-platform theme package designed to unify your WordPress front-end with your WHMCS back-end under a single, seamless design system. This documentation provides step-by-step instructions for installing, activating, and customizing your Fusion setup.

1. Package Overview
After purchase, you will receive a file named Fusion.zip
. Inside, you will find:
/wordpress
— contains the HostPulse Fusion WordPress theme and the OxiEE License Manager plugin/whmcs
— contains the HostPulse WHMCS theme
Each folder must be installed into the root of its respective platform (WordPress or WHMCS).
2. Installation
WordPress Theme
- Extract the contents of the
/wordpress
folder into the root directory of your WordPress installation, wherewp-config.php
is located. - Navigate to Appearance > Themes in your WordPress Admin and activate HostPulse Fusion.
- Install and activate the OxiEE License Manager plugin located in the same folder.
Note: Do not extract into a subfolder. The Fusion theme and plugin must reside in the correct directories.
WHMCS Theme
- Extract the contents of the
/whmcs
folder into the root directory of your WHMCS installation, whereconfiguration.php
is located. - Overwrite existing files if prompted. This will apply the HostPulse Fusion design.
3. WordPress Theme Setup
Activating Fusion Theme
Once installed, activate the theme via Appearance > Themes.
Importing Demo Content
Navigate to Appearance > One Click Demo Import and select a demo package to install. This will automatically import:
- HostPulse Fusion landing pages
- Dummy blog posts
- Menus and widgets
Setting WHMCS Integration
- Go to Appearance > Customize
- Click WHMCS Settings
- Enter the full URL to your WHMCS homepage (e.g.,
https://yourdomain.com/whmcs
) - The theme will automatically pull:
- Login/Register links
- Order links
- Support and KB links
Changing Styles in WordPress
- Navigate to Appearance > Customize
- Click Styles
- Choose one of 9 predefined color styles from the dropdown menu
4. WHMCS Theme Setup
Activating the Theme
- Login to your WHMCS Admin Panel
- Go to Setup > General Settings
- In the System Theme dropdown, select HostPulse
- Click Save
Setting Order Form Template
- In the same General Settings panel, switch to the Ordering tab
- Select HostPulse from the Order Form Template dropdown
- Save changes
Branding and SEO
- You can customize content and branding in the
.tpl
files located in/templates/HostPulse
- Company name and logo are automatically pulled from WHMCS global settings
- SEO meta tags can be edited in:
/templates/HostPulse/SEO/all.tpl
Changing Styles in WHMCS
- Navigate to
/templates/HostPulse/includes/
- Open
head.tpl
- Replace the current stylesheet link (e.g.,
style.css
) with any of the following:

5. License Activation
Fusion uses the OxiEE License Manager for product validation.

6. Compatibility
HostPulse Fusion supports:
- WordPress 6.0 and higher
- WHMCS 8.12 and compatible older versions
